If you’re looking to make your water and power bill more affordable the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) offers a residential Low Income Discount Program (LIDP) rate for customers with qualifying income levels. Those who apply and qualify for this program will receive a 20% discount on both electric and water bill or only one of the bills.
